WHERE IS MARKED! MADE?
Our founder Shaylee made the conscious decision to design and manufacture her first MARKED! products in the Australia.
WHEN DOES MARKED! TATTOO BALM EXPIRE?
After opening, you’ve got a year to lather your MARK with our balm. Ensure it is stored properly, meaning out of direct heat and sealed when not in use. If you do this, the integrity, quality and performance of the product will not be compromised.
CAN I USE MARKED! ON COSMETIC TATTOOING?
Yes, please follow the same after care instructions found here
CAN MARKED BE USED FOR DRY SKIN?
Yes, MARKED is made from clean ingredients (no nasties). Its deeply soothing and nourishing on the skin. Can even be used as a lip balm!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
We operate free of any animal-sourced ingredients or byproducts in an effort to care for you and our planet.

We honor full refunds for products ordered on our website and returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopned and in new condition

I HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION, CAN I GET A REFUND?
The ingredients of the product are listed on the page to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients. Different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to our products.
It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to various products and ingredients. If you are concerned please do a test patch first. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please email firstname.lastname@example.org a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures. Please note that issues should be reported immediately or within 14 days of receipt of the item.
HOW DO I TEST PATCH MY PRODUCT?
With any new product we recommend doing a patch test 24 hours prior to use to ensure the product is right for you. Here is how to patch test:
- Place a small amount of product inside your elbow or to an area of your face that is somewhere hidden, such as your jawline or on your neck near your ear.
- Leave on the skin a full day.
- If irritation persists, this product may not be right for you.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Typically, we are unable to edit your order once your order has been processed. You may expect a shipping confirmation email within the next 24 hours! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail as it may have ended there as well.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Standard Delivery: 3-14 days, flat rate of $9 or free for orders over $50.
Express Delivery: 2+ days, $12.95 metro, $19.95 rural. Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for customers. Australia Post will continue to prioritise these deliveries but has removed the Express Post guarantee for the time being.
Bulky Goods: 3-14 days, rates calculated at checkout. More information below.
Click and Collect: Skip the shipping rates and pick up online orders from our warehouse at 498 Bridge Rd, Richmond, Vicrtoria, 3146. Orders are usually ready within 2-4 business hours of placing and can be collected Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. You can track the progress of your order by following the prompts from this confirmation email. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team of editors will assist you with your enquiry.
